Email support@mindber.com with the subject line Takedown - [product name or your name]. Include the request type and the specific Mindber URL affected. Copyright takedowns should use the DMCA policy.

Product listing opt-out

Vendors or authorized representatives may request that a product be removed from Mindber. Provide proof of authority and we will remove the listing and suppress the slug after review.

Logo or image removal

If Mindber displays a logo or screenshot you own and want removed, provide the direct image URL and proof of ownership. Confirmed image removals are handled within 48 hours.

Inaccurate data correction

If pricing, feature, or factual data is incorrect, provide the field, correct value, and source link. Computed Mindber scores are recalculated automatically and are not corrected through this channel.

GDPR / personal data erasure

EU, EEA, and UK residents may request erasure of personal data under GDPR Article 17. Include your name, affected URLs, a description of the data, and proof of identity when required.

Review removal

Reviews shown on Mindber are sourced from public platforms and attributed to the platform. If a review contains personal data or defamatory content, submit the affected URL and complaint details.

Response timeline

• Acknowledgement: within 48 hours on business days.
• Image or logo removal: within 48 hours after confirmed ownership.
• Product listing opt-out: within 5 business days.
• GDPR erasure: within 30 days, with acknowledgement within 72 hours.
• Data correction: within 5 business days.
