1. Acceptable use

You may use Mindber for personal research, competitive analysis, and purchasing decisions. You may not overload the service, bypass published API limits, impersonate others, submit false ownership claims, or redistribute raw Mindber data as a competing dataset without written permission.

2. API access

API users must use their own key, respect published rate limits, and keep credentials private. Automated access to unlocked product data is allowed only through paid API tiers.

3. Paid subscriptions

Pro subscriptions bill monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled from the billing dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

4. Refund policy

• Pro monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Pro annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• Credit packs are refundable within 14 days if three or fewer credits were consumed.
• Consumed API calls are not refundable.

5. Credits

Unlock and watch credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in a promotion.

6. User-submitted content

You are responsible for the accuracy of submissions, ratings, ownership claims, verification materials, and corrections submitted through your account. Mindber may review, edit, or remove user-submitted content.

7. Intellectual property

Mindber scores, liveness labels, intelligence summaries, and editorial assessments are original Mindber works. Product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.

8. Account deletion

You may request account deletion from the dashboard. Deletion follows email confirmation, a 30-day read-only grace period, and permanent anonymisation, while billing records are retained as required by law.

9. Enforcement

Accounts or submissions that violate these terms may be rate-limited, suspended, or removed. Appeals may be sent to support@mindber.com.

10. Disclaimer, liability, and governing law

Mindber provides the service as is and disclaims warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. These terms do not limit mandatory EU or UK consumer protections.
