We're a small independent team, and every contact channel reaches a real engineer or editor. Pick the channel that matches your topic so we can respond faster.
Channels
- General enquiries, product feedback, joining the team: email support@mindber.com and put the topic in the subject line, for example "Feedback" or "Job application".
- Legal, data correction, privacy, or DMCA: email support@mindber.com, prefix the subject with "[Legal]" or "[DMCA]", and attach supporting materials.
- Press, citations, partnerships: email support@mindber.com with "[Press]" in the subject and include your deadline plus the questions you need answered.
Response times
Support email is typically answered within 1 business day, 09:00-18:00 Asia/Singapore. Legal matters get an acknowledgement within 3 business days. Press requests are prioritised by deadline; please reach out at least 48 hours in advance.
Before you write
The following self-serve paths are usually faster than email:
- Wrong field on a product page: use the inline correction widget on the page (no email required).
- Claiming a product profile: the claim guide explains what evidence we need and how long review takes.
- Requesting product or review removal: the takedown policy lists permitted grounds and the timeline.
Out of scope
We do not offer paid placements, sponsored content, or pay-to-rank arrangements. Sponsored listing pitches will be ignored. Investment advice, personalised buying recommendations, and product-specific customer support also fall outside our scope; please contact the vendor directly for product support.
