  • General enquiries, product feedback, joining the team: email support@mindber.com and put the topic in the subject line, for example "Feedback" or "Job application".
  • Legal, data correction, privacy, or DMCA: email support@mindber.com, prefix the subject with "[Legal]" or "[DMCA]", and attach supporting materials.
  • Press, citations, partnerships: email support@mindber.com with "[Press]" in the subject and include your deadline plus the questions you need answered.

Response times

Support email is typically answered within 1 business day, 09:00-18:00 Asia/Singapore. Legal matters get an acknowledgement within 3 business days. Press requests are prioritised by deadline; please reach out at least 48 hours in advance.
