Activepieces

Activepieces is an open-source tool designed to automate business processes without the need for code. Positioned as a direct alternative to Zapier, it invites users to streamline their workflow by automating repetitive tasks, thereby saving manual time and effort. One of the defining aspects of Activepieces is its ability to be self-hosted or used on the cloud, providing flexibility to its user base. As such, whilst it can be utilized in the cloud like many of its contemporaries, it also affords users the freedom to host the software themselves, offering an additional layer of data security and customization potential. Trusted by a significant user base, it is capable of running numerous automated tasks every month, handling a wide array of workloads. Being open-source, it benefits from a community of developers cooperating on its continual improvement and expansion, while also offering transparency around its capabilities and limitations. Ultimately, Activepieces aims at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical users, enabling the latter to automate workflows without heavy reliance on coding skills.
