Report a correction
Mindber data is drawn from public sources and editorial review, but it is not infallible. When a correction lands, we prioritise verification and keep an auditable record of the change on the product page.
How to submit
The fastest path is the correction widget on the product page itself, in the right sidebar. It auto-attaches the product ID, the field name, and the current value. If the field is not covered by the widget, email support@mindber.com with the subject prefixed "[Correction]".
What to include
To shorten the round-trip, please include:
- The product page URL, including the language prefix, for example /en/products/...
- The specific field you believe is wrong, such as "pricing", "year founded", or "integrations list".
- The correct value, with a verifiable source link. Vendor pages, press releases, and official documentation are preferred.
- Optional: a screenshot or short screen recording to reduce follow-up emails.
Response timeline
We acknowledge within 1 business day and complete verification within 3 business days. Corrections that affect Activity Score or composite Mindber Score may require re-triggering the scoring pipeline, up to 7 business days. We reply via the email used to submit.
Out of scope
We do not adjust scores because a vendor disagrees with them. Scores follow the published methodology, and the output is not negotiable.
If you are the product owner and want to contest the inputs, submit evidence through the claim flow. If you want the product removed entirely, the takedown policy is the right path.
If you disagree with our decision
If we decline a correction, replying to the same thread with additional evidence reopens the review. We do not close tickets without a written explanation.
