Understanding unlocks
Unlocks are Mindber's research credits. They keep lightweight checks cheap while making heavier reports and comparisons transparent before you spend.
What's an unlock?
An unlock is a single research action - checking a product's full intelligence card, running a side-by-side comparison, or generating a Deep Report. Pro and Studio plans include a monthly allowance of unlocks. Smaller actions cost 1 unlock; heavier research costs more (see table below).

All costs in unlocks per use. Monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over. Studio's lower per-action costs make heavy-use research significantly cheaper at scale.
How allowances work
Monthly subscription unlocks reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-off 10-pack unlocks are available when you need a short burst of research, and pack unlocks expire 12 months after purchase.

Consumed unlocks represent delivered digital research actions. Refund handling follows the published legal policy.
