For front-end developers and makers who run their site locally and use a coding agent such as Claude Code or Codex. Today, UI feedback means pasting screenshots into Slack or writing tickets like "the button looks off", and the agent still has to guess which file to open. PulseDev attaches the selector, page and viewport to each note, so the agent opens the right file first time, and nothing is written until you approve the diff. Example: you click a hard-coded "Sale" badge on a product card, type "show the real discount here", and review a one-line diff.
